Signing up & Membership
How do I join TM Panel?
Click here to be redirected to our join in page, you will then be asked to complete some profiling questions. This helps to make sure we only contact you with research opportunities that we know will be suitable for you.
I’ve already joined in & taken part in research for TMcK before, do I still need to sign up?
Yes please! TM Panel is a brand-new platform which allows you to log in and be in control of your own data. Just fill in the short registration form. The rest should be straight forward.
How do you use my personal details?
We only use the details we hold to contact you to see if you would like to take part in research projects. They are never passed on to a 3rd party without your full permission. We abide strictly to the market research code of conduct and are governed by GDPR. 3rd party’s will also not be able to access any of the data that you provide us directly. How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your membership by accessing your TM Panel Account. In the section ‘My account’, you will find the option to close your account.
Taking part in surveys
How do I receive surveys?
Surveys will be sent to you via email. You will also be able to see the surveys you are eligible for when you open your TM Panel page.
How much time does a survey take to complete?
It depends. Our surveys usually take between 5 and 30 minutes to complete but you will be told before the survey starts. Generally, the longer the survey, the more points you will receive.
Will I need to participate in every survey I am invited to?
No, you can choose the survey you want to take part in. But, the more surveys you complete the more likely you are to be invited for future surveys, and the more points you will receive.
How long will I have to complete a survey?
Surveys generally work on a first come first served basis. Every survey has a set of targets to hit and once the target is hit, the survey will close. We do encourage you to complete the surveys as soon as possible so that you don’t miss out!
Will I automatically qualify to take part in all the survey I receive?
Although we try to send you only the surveys we know match your profile, it is not always possible to guarantee you will qualify. Sometimes you may be screened out after answering a couple of questions. In this case, you will not receive the reward on offer, but you will be entered in that month’s prize draw every time you are screened out.
How do TMPanel guarantee quality responses to their surveys?
Surveys have built in measures that look at things like completion time to assess whether the survey has been completed correctly.
Rewards
How do rewards work?
- Completing surveys (and even signing up) earns you points. 100 points = £1.
- When a survey is sent to you, you will be able to see how many points you will get for successfully completing it.
- Points can be converted to a wide range of popular gift vouchers from loads of different brands.
- You will be able to retrieve your rewards very quickly once they have reached a total value of £5.
- You then have a maximum of 12 months to claim your reward.
Will I always be rewarded for participating in a survey?
- You will receive your rewards for every survey that is fully completed successfully.
- Occasionally, you may be unable to complete a survey because you do not fit the profile required for that particular research or because the survey has reached its quota for your profile.
- If you do not qualify for a survey after answering the initial questions, you will not receive the reward of that survey. Although you will be entered into our prize draw that month for being active.
