Once you have joined TM Panel you will be eligible for lots of different research opportunities, both face to face and online.
- Online surveys: These would be sent to your email inbox and will be visible when you sign in and can be anything from 5 minutes to 30 minutes in duration. You get given points for properly completing each survey, 100 points = £1. When your balance reaches £5 or more you can retrieve the money through Paypal or BACS.
- Qualitative Research: This usually involves a face to face or online (zoom/teams) approach and can be focus groups, in-depth interviews, taste tests (etc.). We would usually contact you by email or telephone to see if you would be suitable. You would typically receive a cash incentive of between £30 to £60 for taking part, depending on the length (usually 60 mins+) and subject.
Q: I’ve already joined in & taken part in research for TMcK before what do I do?
A: TM Panel is a brand-new platform which allows you to log in and be in control of your own data. If you have previously filled in your details use the email you gave us and select ‘forgotten password’. The rest should be straight forward. If not just give us a call and we can help you get started.
Q: How do I join TM Panel?
.A: Click on the join in box at the top of the page or here, you will then be asked to complete some profiling info. This helps to make sure we only contact you with research opportunities that we know will be suitable for you.
Q: How do you use my personal details?
A: We only use the details we hold to contact you to see if you would like to take part in research projects. They are never passed on to a 3rd party without your full permission. We abide strictly to the market research code of conduct and are governed by GDPR.
Q: How can I get in touch?
A: We want to always make it easy to contact our team, this can be done via emailing tmpanel@taylormckenzie.co.uk or giving us a call on 0141 221 8030.
What do our panelists think of TM Panel?
We have been organising research projects since 2001 and value our relationship with our particpants above all else.
As a research particpant I have found working with TMcK to be really easy and nice.
